Payment: A deposit of 25% of the rental price is due within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be received no later than 35 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 35 days before arrival, the full rental price is due immediately.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival.

Tourist Tax & Additional Costs: €20 per personweek (valid for guests aged 18 and over, 20252026 season).


Cancellation: The following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 61 days before arrival = 25% of the rental price

60 to 31 days before arrival = 50% of the rental price

30 to 8 days before arrival = 75% of the rental price

From 7 days before arrival = 95% of the rental price

You are free to prove that the actual damages incurred are lower than these flat-rate percentages.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
